The kids and I had a fun 2 week visit with my parents. They live in San Antonio and we were busy everyday! There is so much to see and do. We enjoyed several trips to Sea World (we are season pass holders :) ). The kids enjoyed rides, seeing night shows of the Sea Lions and Shamu Rocks Texas, and a day at the Lost Lagoon (the water park side of Sea World). We also found a great Children's Museum near the River Walk. They had hands on experiences for children of all ages. It is a must see if you are ever in the area. Papa took the kids and I to the Zoo. We rode the train. Jacob absolutely loved that! The Zoo also has a neat area for children ages 0-5. It has several areas that the kids can experience and take your swimsuits because they have an area they can explore and dig for artifacts in water. We did not take ours but it looked like fun! :( Pump It Up just opened up near my parents so Mom (Nana) and I took the kids one morning during open play time. The kids had a blast. Oh and I worked up a sweat climbing the slides and going through the obstacle courses with Jacob! We also did lots of shopping for school clothes. I can't believe we are only 2 weeks from starting school. Thanks Nana & Papa for a wonderful 2 weeks! Also, thank you Aunt Shelly and Uncle Eric for spending time with Jacob and Madison! They loved seeing you both.
