Madison had her one and only Field Trip of the Year last Friday (April 27th). We went to the Zoo. Madison got to ride a school bus for the first time and I think that was more exciting than the zoo. We thought it was going to be a great day to go because the sun was out and shining bright. However, we got to the zoo and walked through the gates and down came the rain. It rained the entire day! So needless to say it was cool and rainy and not as fun as hoped. Here are some pics of the girls I had in my group as well as a pic of the bus with Madison and her friend Olivia! You will notice the girls wearing the rain ponchos...one of the Dad's that came on the trip bought rain ponchos for all of the kids in Madison's class. What a life saver!
