Top Christmas Gift of 2007

We went for the Educational toys this year at our house and they seem to be a huge hit! Neither one was really asked for we went out on a limb because we were tired of receiving toys that were played with for a short time with no substance to them. So we bought the V-Smile system for Jacob and the Leapster for Madison. Wow! What a hit they have been at our house. They both love them. We were worried about Jacob not being able to grasp the concept of the joy stick...boy were we wrong. I sat down with him Sunday for about 30 minutes to help him work it and he has been on his own ever since. I love it! They are learning as they play. Also, if you have a left-handed child as we do (Jacob) the V-Smile joystick is interchangeable for left-handed children! You have got to love that. If you have any of these systems Toys R Us is running a sale today buy one game get one free. We ran over this morning and their is a huge selection. I am a deal shopper! Thanks to Dave Ramsey. I would love to hear what the top toy is at your house this year. Please share it with us!

Unfortunately my laundry basket rates high on the list. They love to get in it, get spun, put their toys in it, you name it. Very sad Santa brought all these gifts and their laundry still gets dumped out so they can play in the basket. Other than that both boys love Fisher-price Shake 'n Go!: Crash Up Speedway. You shake the cars and then they crash what could be better!
