Jason's continued recovery

We returned to the Orthopedic Surgeon on Wednesday. They removed his bandages from the surgery and the immobilizer. Wow! Jason was glad to see all of that go away! The incision looked great. The nurse removed 18 staples. Jason handled it very well. He had to we brought the kids with us and he did not want to upset them. Jacob thought it was really cool and Madison was not so excited about it. He is to work on moving his arm up and down and in and out. He will remain in the sling for another 4 weeks and then he will start Physical Therapy. When the appointment was over all Jason wanted to do was take a long hot shower! And he did! By the way, I am renting out my sponge bathing services to anyone who might need them! :)
