This bed, Madison moved into straight from the crib. This use to be my bed when I moved into my first apartment living on my own! Not to toot my own horn...but I did make the bolster pillows!
The chair is an early birthday gift she received during spring break.
I painted the dresser while Madison was gone last week! She could not believe how good it looked. It use to be white!
Notice the great wall accents!
I wish I would have taken some before pics but I did not. Her room has been going through this change for several months. I just finished it while she was gone. Except the lamp shade. I still have not figured out what to do with it yet!
Madison I hope you like the way it turned out as much as I do! She really does love it!

Her room turned out super cute! Great color scheme!! You did a wonerful job! I think some bright pink silk gerbera daisies or roses or something hot glued all over the lampshade would look super cute!!

Looks Awesome!! I painted Jillian's old lampshade and added some trim to the bottom for the "dangle" feature. It used to be Winnie the Pooh, and now it is purple and hot pink with rick rac and fancy trim on it. Cost me about $5. Pretty proud of that one! :)
